I have spent many years working in the corporate world but have always loved to cook. Having hosted many successful parties as well as cooking for charity events and receiving many compliments along the way, in 2016 I decided to take the bold step of leaving the corporate world and pursuing my dream of setting up a catering business. At Plan B Catering the most satisfying part is that I am making people happy by doing what I do best!
Whether food is the focus for an event, such as a meal or to accompany an occasion such as a birthday or party, I strongly believe it should be to the highest standards as delicious food can make an event so much more memorable. All of our dishes are homemade, using ethically sourced, local ingredients wherever possible.
